This repository provides a standardized, role-based software estimation framework designed to support intake planning, cost forecasting, and alignment with Agile delivery. It enables Product, Engineering, and PMO teams to generate defensible estimates using T-shirt sizing, FTE-based effort models, and CapEx/OpEx awareness across geographies and delivery stages.
